Chen Xu, is responsible of business development and public relationship in Greater China Region. Prior to joining Observatory Group, she has worked at Fidelity International where she developed and implemented strategic projects in China, as well as strengthened its government relationship. Chen Xu worked for Accenture in strategy department before moving to Fidelity. She participated in strategic and management consulting projects for many clients in China such as China Construction Bank, People’s Insurance Company of China, China Telecom and State Grid.

Chen Xu holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC (France) and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Credit Management from Renmin University of China. Chen speaks fluent Mandarin and English, as well as conversational Cantonese and French.
