Jin is a founding partner of Observatory Group and a renowned expert on Japan, specializing in geopolitics and Japan’s political, monetary, fiscal, foreign exchange, and regulatory policies.  She brings unparalleled insights to her work that empower policymakers, CEOs of global corporations, business leaders, and investors to navigate complex global challenges and effectively bridge the gap between geopolitics, policy, and markets.  Jin is the author of:  The World Order Transformed: The Game Change from Neoliberalism, published December 2024 by the leading Japanese publishing house, Bungei Shunju. Before co-founding Observatory Group, Jin served as Vice President at the G7 Group.   She holds a Master’s degree in International Economics and Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
